We do not use analytics or marketing trackers on this page. Fonts, images and videos are served locally. The website itself does not store cookies or use local browser storage. The delivery provider’s security measures may use cookies when required. Where these are strictly necessary for the secure service requested, device access is based on section 25(2) TDDDG.
Contact by email
Our contact links open your email application. We receive your information only when you send a message from there. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contacting us is voluntary. Without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to handle your enquiry. Our technical email service providers may process the message for transmission and handling.
Retention and your rights
Our web server does not keep a routine access log. Technical error and operational logs have size limits and are overwritten when those limits are reached; the duration depends on log volume. Processing by infrastructure providers is also subject to the retention information linked above. We keep contact enquiries until they have been resolved, and longer only where statutory retention duties or the handling of legitimate claims require it.
We retain personal data only for as long as required for its purpose or by statutory retention obligations. Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability.
